For your chance to work for a great employer and a market leader, we are seeking applications from talented Systems Administrators with expertise across Windows environments with experience on a build and deploy level and have a passion for finding solutions for clients.
Possessing excellent communication skills, you will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with vendors and most importantly, clients.
Your experience will include projects that involve the design, installation and configuration of Windows 2003/2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange and VMWare environments.
Your will be responsible for :
- Implementation and support for Windows based environments
- Installation and maintenance of a VMWare environment
- Regular communication with clients to inform them of the status of their requests
- Identification and ownership of issues, and escalate as required
- Understand and comply with change, incident & problem management procedures
If you have experience with Citrix and Software Distribution Tools such as SCCM it would be advantageous but not necessary.
You will have the ability to tackle issues and problems head on and be able to think outside the box to come to a successful solution. You will also have the ability to work well in a team environment, be willing to learn from your peers and in return act in a mentoring capacity as well.
